12 ways to get 3 new deals in 45 days

Who isn't looking for more business right now? Everyone, including all of us in real estate, is lookng for ways to help more people during this time of year and to make sure that 2009 is a better year than 2008. So how do you go about doing that?

First if you have something that was working for you keep doing that. By working I mean you have a system that generated at least 1 if not 2 closed sales each and every month. What else can you do? Well get some training in something that you want to do. Maybe that is marketing to FSBO's, maybe that is expired's, maybe that is getting started with REO's. Make sure that you get started today for the future.
